Ice cream & drink
— For 4 dessert cups
Ingredients
* 400 ml of cold coconut milk
* 3 tablespoons of Marachino
* 4 tablespoons of agave syrup
* 3 tablespoons of caramel or date syrup
* 2 ripe bananas
* 6 cookies, broken into crunchy pieces
* 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Place the frozen bananas in a blender & blend until smooth;
2. Add coconut milk, Marachino, date/caramel syrup & a pinch of salt. Blend!
3. Gently fold in the cookie pieces by hand, so there are crunchy bits in the ice cream;
4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container;
5. Freeze for 4 hours. For creamier ice cream, stir after 2h;
6. Serve with extra topping or crushed cookies!
