Energy balls
— For 12/15 balls
Ingredients
* 1 cup of rolled oats
* 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
* 1/2 cup of chopped almonds
* 1/2 cup of raisins
* 2 tablespoons of Marachino
* 4 tablespoons of cane molasses
* 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
* 1 tablespoon of plant-based milk
Preparation
1. Chop the walnuts, raisins, and almonds in a blender until they form small pieces;
2. Mix with oats, Marachino & cinnamon;
3. Add the molasses until a sticky dough forms, then add 2 tablespoons of milk;
4. Shape into small balls & place on plate;
5. Roll the balls in a chia/flaxseed seed mix & Marachino powder;
6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes… ready!
